Becky is a wonderful realtor! She was very patient showing us several houses. We never felt pressured by her to buy something we didn’t love. She showed us house after house and never had anything but a smile on her face each time. Once we finally found our new home she was helpful every step of the way. She was always available to answer our questions or help us with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend Becky to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Becky is amazing! Very knowledge on houses and what to look for she was great at pointing out what she saw but allowing us to make our own choices as well. She was quick to respond and kept us in the loop through the closing process !! Simply she is amazing and the only Relator I would ever want to work with in the futur is her :) She’s quick and effincient always felt comfortable with her and how she was handling our business She legit would text me back no matter what time of day I text her. Never expected it but she did. She goes above and beyond and I felt that through out the whole process 5 stars all the way!!

Becky put together a to do list that would help with the sell of the home. Once all upgrades were made becky listed the home and in 100 days becky nailed down a offer and the home sold. Becky Gushwa is first and foremost, very friendly and respectful as a person. As a realtor, she is extremely knowledgable of the area and very understanding of our needs. She could not have responded to our requests by phone (and in person if needed), any faster. I felt completely comfortable with her as our realtor and will be recommended her to my friends.

I had had several other brokers out before having Becky come out so that I could make an informed decision. Becky's evaluation of the situation was spot on. I am planning on using her for my next sale in a few weeks as well. But I will again, confer with other brokers just so I can evaluate the situation for myself. Becky was awesome from beginning to end. She listened to what we were looking for in a property, didn’t try to push anything on us, and was helpful every step of the way. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and she answered them all, she really made the process easy. Her communication with both us and the seller was consistent and she went above and beyond, going out of her way for the process to go as quickly as possible.
